Who We Are

Taz Cheema is a scientist turned real estate strategist with a Master's in Organic Chemistry and 27 years of spiritual practice. He works with investors, developers, and landowners across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

Navi Cheema spent 13 years as a Family Justice Interviewer — holding space for children and families navigating separation, divorce, and crisis. She brings that same depth of care to every real estate transaction.

Together, we run the Commission Give-Away — a campaign where we waive our entire commission once a quarter for one family who needs it most. Because real estate should give back.

The Commission Give-Away — Q2 2026 Is Open

If the cost of real estate services has been standing between you and your next chapter — we want to hear your story.

Once a quarter, we select one family to receive our entire commission — waived completely. We also select one runner-up who becomes our Impact Partner. When we help our Impact Partner buy or sell, 25% of that commission goes to a registered charity of their choice.
