Not selected for the full give-away? You become our Impact Partner — and when we help you buy or sell, 25% of that commission goes to a charity you choose.

While one family receives the full commission give-away, we also select one runner-up who becomes our Impact Partner. When we help our Impact Partner buy or sell their home, 25% of that commission is donated to a registered charity of their choice — a gift generated by their own transaction, made in the name of every story shared. In this campaign, there are no losers. There is only impact.
