The Commission Give-Away

Once a quarter, we invite individuals and families to share their story — openly and honestly — about where they are in life and why having real estate support would truly matter to them. Our team reviews every story personally and selects one family to work with, waiving our entire commission. There is no catch. It is simply who we are.

There is no formal scoring system. Our team reads every story and selects the family whose situation moves us most — where we feel our support can make the greatest difference. Integrity, honesty, and genuine need are what we look for.

You still matter. Alongside the selected family, we choose one runner-up who becomes our Impact Partner. When we help our Impact Partner buy or sell their home, 25% of that commission is donated to a registered charity of their choice — a gift generated by their own transaction. Every story shared is part of something bigger. In this campaign, there are no losers. There is only impact.

Buying a Home

Not at all. We are happy to have a conversation at any stage of your journey — even if you are just starting to think about buying. We can connect you with trusted mortgage professionals if you need help getting pre-approved.

We primarily serve Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Cloverdale, and the broader Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas. If you are looking outside these areas, reach out and we will let you know how we can help.

In most cases, nothing. The seller typically pays the buyer's agent commission. We will always be transparent about how we are compensated before we begin working together.
