Commission Give-Away — Official Rules

This promotion (“the Give-Away”) is conducted by Taz Cheema, PREC*, of Impact Realty Group at Royal LePage Wolstencroft, and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Royal LePage, Instagram, Meta, or any other third party.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. Entry is by submitting a story through the form linked in Taz Cheema's Instagram bio (@tazcheema_impactrealtygroup).

Open to individuals or families who are residents of British Columbia and who are considering buying or selling residential real estate. Void where prohibited.

Submissions are reviewed and selected personally by Taz Cheema based on the content of the story submitted. Selection is not random and is not a game of chance — it is judged, based on Taz's assessment of each story.

Two selections are made per cycle:

• One “Give-Away Recipient” who will receive Taz Cheema's full real estate commission earned on their transaction.
• One “Selected Partner” for whom, upon completion of their transaction, 50% of Taz Cheema's commission earned on that same transaction will be directed to a registered British Columbia charity chosen by the Selected Partner. The remaining 50% is retained by Taz Cheema in the ordinary course of business.

Commission amount varies by transaction price and scope and is not a fixed dollar figure. Where a dollar figure (e.g., “$15,000”) is used in marketing, it is illustrative of a typical commission on a representative transaction in Taz Cheema's market area (Surrey, Langley, Cloverdale, North Delta, and the broader Fraser Valley, BC) and will vary based on the actual sale price and terms of the selected participant's transaction.

The Selected Partner's charitable direction may not be redirected back to the Selected Partner personally, their family, or any entity in which they hold a financial interest.

Selections will be communicated directly to the individuals selected. Distribution of the benefit (commission waiver or charitable contribution) occurs upon the successful completion (closing) of the relevant real estate transaction and will not be unduly delayed beyond ordinary transaction timelines.

Submitting a story does not guarantee selection, does not create a client relationship, and does not obligate Taz Cheema or Impact Realty Group to represent the submitter in any transaction.

By submitting a story, participants consent to their story (in whole, in part, or in paraphrased form) being used in Impact Realty Group's marketing, including social media, unless the participant requests otherwise in writing.

Taz Cheema and Impact Realty Group reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time, and to determine the number of selection cycles run.
