Taz Cheema is not your typical realtor. He holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry with a specialization in Medicinal Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Science in Biopharmaceutical Sciences. His published research contribution to cancer therapeutics — work he dedicated to his grandmother, whom he lost to breast cancer — reflects a lifelong commitment to solving hard problems at the highest level.

Every company or project Taz has ever started has been born from one of two things: a deep passion to help others, or an insatiable desire to learn. As a boy, he dismantled an 8-track player just to understand how it worked. As a young man, he formulated a therapeutic beverage to ease his mother-in-law's pain. These are not side stories. They are the blueprint for everything he does.

He spent years as a food scientist, partnering with major North American companies to formulate and launch consumer food products — before transitioning into real estate, where everything clicked.

For over 10 years, Taz has been helping investors, developers, and homeowners navigate one of the most complex real estate markets in Canada. He brings the analytical precision of a research scientist, the strategic vision of a CEO, and the emotional depth of someone who has walked a serious inner path for over 27 years.

For several years he coached his son's soccer team — not to win, but to build character. He taught those kids that mistakes are essential to growth, that challenges are meant to be embraced, and that success lives in persistence, not perfection.
